RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please inspect your purchase upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within five (5) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will make it right. In the unlikely event that you chose to return something, it must be done within 7 business days of initial receipt. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

Returning the Limited Edition & Reference Edition Republication
If you wish to return your Set, your refund will be reduced by a restocking/inspection charge of $250 and you will be responsible for return shipping and insurance. Returns must be received in the original condition within 12 business days. Credit card orders will receive refunds as a credit back to their credit card account.

*If you are shipping an item back to us, we require a trackable shipping service and the purchasing of shipping insurance.

SHIPPING
Standard Delivery
We ship directly to your address (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but we cannot guarantee delivery to your apartment door). The typical delivery window is 3–10 business days from the day your order is shipped.

Expedited Delivery
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and all European countries; some limitations apply. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) destinations.

Expedited Delivery Service charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This document governs the manner in which Christopher Cardozo Fine Art (CCFA) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the edwardcurtis.com website (“Site”). This document applies to the Site and all products and services offered by CCFA.

By using this Site and any of our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agree to our terms.

Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, email or call us, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.

Non-Personal Identification Information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. We use this information to monitor and improve our websites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system, browser type and the Internet service providers utilized, information about your visits to and your activity on our Site including content you view and interact with, the address of the website you arrived from and other clickstream behavior (including pages you view, links you click, products you add to your cart, the length of your browsing session, your IP (Internet Protocol) address and your device’s approximate location at the time of browsing). IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Product Purchases
When you purchase products offered through one of our websites or publications, we collect your credit card and other payment information. We use this information to process your orders, to better assist you when you visit or contact us in the future, as well as to improve our product offerings. Your credit card transaction is processed through a secure Payment Service Provider and your card data is not retained.

Exchanges and Refunds
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

Prices and Currency
Prices are expressed in USD, specified on the receipt of purchase and must be paid in the Sell Currency. When the purchase is paid with a foreign currency, the exchange rate is determined by the customer’s bank. Sales taxes such as GST or VAT may be charged in accordance with the laws of the customer’s location, and where applicable will be converted at a rate determined by the customer’s bank.

Eligibility
Shopping on our site is intended for Users who are sixteen (16) years of age or older, and any purchases made on the Site’s shop by a person fifteen (15) years of age or younger should be made under the supervision of a legal parent or guardian who is fully able and competent to comprehend and adhere to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement and on the shop, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.

Web Browser Cookies
Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

We use cookies, which is a feature of your browser used to assign identification to your computer. The unique user ID contained within your cookie automatically identifies your computer–but not you–to our servers every time you visit our site. Cookies by themselves cannot be used to find out the identity of any user but may be correlated with identity information in our log files. How We Use Collected Information
CCFA may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service
Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

To process payments
We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

To run a promotion, invite Users to an event, run a contest or conduct a survey
To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them. To assess and analyze our market, customers, products and services based on legitimate interests and to evaluate, review and improve our products and services.

For marketing and advertising purposes
Where we have the appropriate permissions, we will use your information to market and advertise products and services from CCFA. We always try to give you relevant content, products and services based on the information you share with us, however if you would prefer to stop receiving marketing communications from us at any time, let us know by writing to phillip@cardozofineart.com or by following the opt-out instructions in the relevant communication. Please note that this will not stop you from receiving service messages from us regarding your account or use of products and services that you’ve purchased.

To send periodic emails
We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, promotions, offers, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

How We Protect Your Information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. When an automatic payment is completed on a subscription, an order is generated to keep a record of the payment, securely.

We store personal information for only as long as we have a reason to keep it. The retention period depends upon the purpose for which we have received or collected the data and upon any legal obligations to retain the data.

Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined herein. We may also pass such information onto reputable third parties for onward sale;
• in the event that CCFA is, or its assets are substantially, acquired by one or more third parties as a result of a merger, sale, consolidation or liquidation, then customer information may be one of the transferred assets;

Any distribution of your personal data by us to a carefully selected third party or to one of the third parties mentioned in the above list is in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. Third parties may not use your personal data for purposes other than those we have recorded, in accordance with the purposes described in this document and third parties must have taken the security measures necessary for the protection of the personal data against unauthorized processing and against unintentional loss, destruction or damage to your personal data.

View, Edit Or Delete Your Personal Information
You have the right to view, edit or delete the personal data we have collected about you. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw consent or to object to the processing of your personal data. And you have the right to data portability: this means that you can request that we send you, or another organization named by you, the personal data that we have about you in a computer file. Information For Protecting Minor’s Data
We encourage all parents and guardians to educate minor’s in their care to share personal information in a safe and responsible manner when using our Site products and services. We do not intentionally collect information that relates to or originates from a minor, unless we have received the permission of the minor’s parent or guardian. If we are informed that a user of the products or services on our websites is a minor who does so without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will take reasonable and necessary measures to ensure that all information provided by the minor is expunged as soon as possible to ensure that this information is neither communicated to third parties nor used by us for direct marketing purposes or otherwise.

COPYRIGHT
The Copyright Office has created a directory of designated agents from the designations filed with the Office for those service providers seeking the limitations on liability contained § 512(c). Christopher Cardozo Fine Art Inc has a designated agent on this list. A copyright owner of an exclusive right, or authorized agent of a copyright owner, may use the Office’s directory to find the designated agent of CCFA if they believe CCFA is hosting claimed infringing material, and may use that information to send a notification of claimed infringement to CCFA’s designated agent.
