RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

If you wish to return an item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 7% of the purchase price and will not exceed $150 and you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returns must be received in original condition within 10 business days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account.
*If you are shipping an item back to us, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Offers delivery to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to your apartment door). The typical delivery window is 3–10 business days from the day your order is shipped.

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and all European countries; some limitations apply. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) destinations.
Expedited Delivery Service charges are not refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
