Bow-River – Blackfoot, 1928

The three master printers at Cardozo Fine Art bring over a century of combined expertise. The result is contemporary prints that closely replicate the beauty, richness, and detail of Curtis’ vintage photographs. The quality of these prints is demonstrated by their inclusion in over 100 museum exhibitions in every continent but Antarctica.

In creating these photographs only the finest quality pigment-based inks are used. This is to ensure maximum beauty, archival permanence and longevity. They are printed on “Entrada Rag” of Moab paper, an award-winning 100% cotton, smooth fine art paper.  It is archival acid- and lignin-free and is made in the U.S.A.  This paper’s technical characteristics, when used with Epson’s pigment-based ink system, ensure that each image is faithful to Edward Curtis’ original vision.
